What we use your key for

• Identify you and keep you logged in (this is how login works — there is no password).
• Faction tools: roster, wars, chains, OCs, armory, economy, and similar pages for your faction.
• Shared site-wide fetches (rotating many members’ keys): Eliminations standings/rosters, official calendar, item/company catalogs, and similar public Torn data.
• Allowing this site to use your key (on by default) means the site can call Torn on your behalf for those jobs. The key is never shown or given to other people. You can turn that off or remove the stored key in Settings.
